Ubani Happiness U. obtained her B.Sc in Mass Communication, specializing in Public Relations and Advertising from Babcock University, Ilushan-Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria in 2007, and she proceeded to bag her Masters in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from National Open University (NOUN), Lagos state, Nigeria in 2020. She is a seasoned Professional that has acquired broad experience in Human Resources Management. She is austere and conscientious with regard to the administration of office affairs. She has worked in leadership positions across Advertising Agencies, the Real Estate Industry, Financial Institutions, Media, and Publishing houses, both at Home and Abroad in companies such as Home Health Education service in Norway Oslo Europe, and the subsidiary of the company in Dansoman Accra, Ghana.

Back in Nigeria, she continued her career with Optima Media Group Nigeria, J.Ajayi Patunola & Co., Daily Independence Newspaper, Fidelity Bank, and Oxford Group Nigeria, where she made a significant impact. She is a unique peg in Gasvine Properties Ltd Management team, where she is presently the Group Head Human Resource.
