Osai Patience C. Esq. is a graduate of Law from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where she obtained her LL.B., she thereafter obtained her BL from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, and has been a member of the Nigerian Bar Association since the year 2017. Osai Patience C. Esq. brings to the board her vast understanding of the Nigerian Legal System in areas of Real Estate, to ensure that the company is in line with the Rules and Regulations guiding the Real Estate Industry in Nigeria. Before joining Gasvine Properties Ltd, she worked as a Senior Associate at Achievers’ Partners and Co., where she was known for her dedication and hard work. She is also highly meticulous and detailed, ensuring that proper due diligence is carried out in all transactions.
