IMPACT OF THE COMPANY IN REDUCING HOUSING NEED
Housing need has continued to elude many in Nigeria. Being among the 3 basic needs of man, the extent of housing deficit in Nigeria is quite worrisome. Over the years the governments’ effort towards achieving housing solution has not yielded much result. Gasvine Properties took it upon themselves to contribute their quota in solving the housing need in Nigeria. The housing deficit in Nigeria is estimated at over 18 million, meaning more than 18 million Nigerians or families need to be housed. We have a vision to solve minimum of 1,600,000 (one million six hundred thousand) of those housing need. We intend to achieve that regardless of the fact that housing is capital intensive, through a flexible payment scheme which enables our subscribers to pay on a monthly basis without it having adverse impact on their finances to own plot(s) of land.
